Overall Responsibility :
To provide excellent customer services in Supply Chain function and to support Demand Manager in attaining 98% servece levels in all key customers.Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. To be the key contact person with Key Account Customer’s Supply Chain Department(Makro /Hypermarkets / Supmarkets/7-11 / Convienience Stores / QSR / Haddthip) forall matters concerning PO Order, Delivery Status, and supply chain operations processes.
2. To coordinate with all concerned key departments internally to facilitate smooth operation of the supply chain process – Logistics (delivery plan/Po status), Central Planning (productionof prioritized skus/product available date), Sales Warehouse ( Inventory, P/O receiving at Sales Branches), Route Manager (CO2 Delivery), Key Account Managers (delivery status/store issues), and Price Control (price promotion mechanics discrepancies).
3. To manage day to day EDI order receiving, sorting, generating OE for Logistics to right location and to allocate inventory by customer and delivery timing as prioritization plangiven by Demand Manager.
4. To analyze Service Level performances trends in key customers with Reason code analysis to identify problem areas to improve service level to 98% in all customers.
5. To perform Monthly & Weekly Sales forecasts and coordinate with KAM to improve ForecastingAccuracy to 75% in all customers.
6. To continuously analyze Sales Forecasts/ Order Plan information vs. company Inventories andProduction plan to ensure no OOS or oversupply situation.
7. To work on all other assigned Supply Chain improvement projects as assigned by Demand Manager (Eg Cross docking, CO2 centralized order & delivery by Thainamthip branches, Forecast modeling, etc.)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
 | Bachelor Degree Business, Sciences, Statistics or related field. |
| Strong analytical skills required : 0 - 3 years experience preferred, with ability to handle Large amount of information, numbers, perform statistical analysis, and to understand key business implications from data. |
| Interpersonal Skills: Ability to talk & present information and respond to customer queries, and to develop good business relationships with key customers. Ability to understand different internal\departments’ key issues and negotiate best outcom to both customer and company. |
| Ability to handle unforeseen problems and making sound logical decisions when urgently required. |
| Good knowledge of MS Office, SPSS, JDE, Basis preferred and ability to communicate in English. |
